Massapequa is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Massapequa is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. I've been to other locations, and it hasn't been bad, the lunch special is just a good deal. I went with my little brother and he got the wings as his appetizer and he said it was super good, but the pho was just okay, lowkey he's comparing it to the stuff in the city, which is hard competition. it's just that the broth is mediocre and the meat portions are not a lot, otherwise it's fine

Ate at SUP today and really enjoyed all the Vietnamese drinks, appetizers and entrees we ordered! We tried the chicken wings, which was one of my favorite items off the menu, as well as the pork with sugar cane appetizer. My "summer" jasmine fruit tea drink was really refreshing and the Vietnamese iced coffee hit the spot. We had the caramelized shrimp over rice, pho tai with bone marrow and the roasted short rib platter as well. Love that dishes came with lettuce, herbs and pickled daikon/carrots for some balance. Service was also superb!!

Food: This place has become an easy repeat for us because the food is consistently fresh and just really well done. The Pho Sizzle is a standout. The broth has real depth, the beef adds a little more richness, and the whole bowl still feels clean instead of heavy. The appetizers are a big reason this place stands out too. The spring rolls are fresh and light, the Viet Wings bring a lot of flavor without feeling sloppy, and the grilled sugar cane pork is one of the best things to start with because it has that sweet-savory grilled flavor that makes you want another order. The Pig Out is also really good and gives the menu a little more range beyond just pho. The banh mi is good too, which is exactly why the cutoff time can be frustrating when that is what you came for. Service: Service is remarkably quick, but it never feels careless. Everything still comes out looking good and tasting like it was prepared with attention. The staff is also incredibly warm and attentive, which makes the whole experience feel easy and welcoming every time. Summary: This is one of those places that keeps us coming back because it does a lot of things well. Fresh ingredients, strong appetizers, great

I visited last week on Wednesday and I was impressed with my experience. The ambiance is beautiful, price is good, food was delicious and customer service was on point. Lissy was my waitress and she did an outstanding job. I had a small problem but Lissy was able to turn that around and I left satisfied. You must try their lunch special! I can't wait to go back and try another dish!

I've seen this place a couple times and always wanted to try, so glad I finally did. They have a lunch special that has a lot of options on there and gives you a way of trying an app a drink and an entree, 100 percent recommend. I tried the Pho Nam (topped with brisket) and added all the sauces. It was surprisingly just the right amount of spicy with the sauces. The wings were crispy and tasted good. The lemonade was fresh. 10/10 would try again.
